Michael C. Nolan

Mike Nolan joined the Arecibo Observatory as a Research Associate in March of 1995, after completing a Ph. D. in Planetary Sciences at the University of Arizona. He is working on several projects concerned with the collisional evolution of asteroids, and their connections with meteorites.

Research Projects

Radar imaging and shape modeling of asteroids.
Hydrocode simulation of collisions.
Numerical modeling of meteorite delivery processes.
